Очень красивый и уютный отель, много цветов и зелени, много бассейнов для разных возраствов и предпочтений, что приятно удивило! Многоуровневая территория, нам понравилось, небольшая зарядочка каждый день не помешала, после хорошего завтрака Питание отличное, утром фреши манго, апельсин, днем мороженое, дети в восторге!

Персонал старается и выполняет все что попросите. В СПА отличная баня и парилка, она кстати бесплатная 30 мин, что редко бывает в Египте. И джакузи огонь, как душ шарко для самостоятельного массажа. Уютный отель, качественный сервис, прекрасный ненавязчивый персонал и чувствуется что тщательно подобран! Пррсторный, большой номер, с личным басейном, все!! Все бассейны с очень теплой водой. Хорошая и вкуснаяя еда. Уезжать не хотелось и мечтаю теперь как вернуться снова! Напор воды в душе и не очен правильно сделан слив - вода в душевой застаивается. Хорошие отель, персонал очень заботлив, питание хорошее, рестораны с отд бронированием также приятно удивили.
Хорошо бы иметь свою кофемашину в клубе, чтобы не ждать, пока его принесут уже остывшим из ресторана Basilic на пляже. И лучше идти завтракать сразу туда, потому что и еду приносят из этого ресторана. Сейчас что-то пристраивают к зданию клуба, если это свой бар - то замечательно. Из закусок в клубе предлагают сладости, сэндвичи, оливки и фрукты. Можно добавить сырную тарелку и клубнику, тем более сейчас самый сезон.
Неоднозначное впечатление от ресторанов. В основных можно выбрать хорошие блюда, но еда в целом выглядит не очень аппетитно, поэтому ужинали там только один раз. Из ресторанов а-ля карт не понравилось обслуживание в Waterfall, главный официант или менеджер не парень с напитками был груб, но еда вкусная.
Красивая, чистая и очень ухоженная территория отеля, несколькими уровнями спускается к морю. Хорошо распланирована, нет ощущения толпы в общественных местах. На каждом уровне свои бассейны, на верхнем - главные рестораны и шумно, запахи гриля. Нижний уровень с корпусами клуба Posh ближе к морю и самый спокойный. Пляж удобно зонирован, пирс основательный, есть платные кабаны с розетками и обслуживанием.
Вода в бассейне, к которому у нас был выход из номера, и в бассейне клуба Posh подогревается, детям туда тоже можно, а то информация на сайте противоречивая. Работник бассейна старательный и приветливый, в последний день украсил наш лежак на террасе цветами.
Номер комфортный, хорошая косметика, фен лучше брать свой. Уборка номера отличная, ребята радовали каждый день новыми фигурами из полотенец. Стирка бесплатная и качественная, вещи вернули как будто новыми. Наш батлер Nour был очень полезен и предупредителен, постоянно на связи в клубе и по Вотсап, Забронировал нам в первый же день все ужины в ресторанах и кабану на пляже, всегда интересовался, не нужно ли нам чего, напомнил о трансфере.
Из ресторанов а-ля карт самым вкусным был греческий: все блюда хороши, особенно мусака и осьминоги. Во французском очень вкусное мясо. В индийском лучшее обслуживание: еще до получения чаевых а их надо давать в начале, а не в конце нас окружили вниманием. Обедали мы всегда в ресторане Basilic на пляже: вкусно, быстро, красивый вид на море, хорошее обслуживание.
Детское меню одинаковое во всех ресторанах и очень вкусное. В основном ресторане замечательная баранина на гриле. В самом отеле и за его территорией есть торговые лавки с продуктами и сувенирами, аптеки. Принимают карты, доллары, фунты, переводы на Сбер и Тинькофф.
Трансфер бесплатный, но надо о нем напомнить отелю до заезда, а если время вылета изменилось - сообщить, сами они за расписанием не следят. В аэропорту можно взять Fast Track: до самого гейта все проходы без очереди и с носильщиком за 30 долларов с человека. Все было супер! Не понравилась сауна была холодная.
Всё было на высшем уровне. Очень приятный персонал. Особая благодарность менеджеру Индийского ресторана сделал не забываемый нам праздник день рожления также благодарность менеджеру тайского ресторана. Очень вкусные все кухн и большой выбор. Советую поехать. И обязательно мы вернемся еще..
Нам все понравилось. Персонал сразу располагает к себе, мы прилетели ночью и нас заселили уже в 7 утра. Просторные комнаты с удобной кроватью и всеми удобствами, с видом на море - прекрасны. Очень хорошее разнообразное питание , отличный выбор овощей, фруктов, зелени.
Живая музыка на завтрак удивила - это было прекрасно. Территория отеля необычная ступенчатая, много бассейнов и из за этого отель кажется не сильно наполненным туристами. Действует трансфер по территории отеля, но мы ходили пешком. По моему это самый красивый риф , мы обошли соседние рифы и сравнили. У нас было самое большое разнообразие рыб.
Персонал очень дружелюбный и выполняет свою работу прекрасно. Мы посетили 2 а-ля карт ресторана , благодарим работников Гэстрелейшен- Анастасию и Елену.
Очень хорошие рестораны мы были в индийском и монгольском и вкусные блюда. Прекрасный итальянский ресторан на пляже - обеды чудесные - морские продукты очень вкусно приготовлены. Мы обязательно прилетим еще с детьми. Некоторые личности из персонала. Пыльные шторы. Вполне комфортно. Детям понравились две горки. Мы сменили несколько отелей. В том числе, с аквапарком. В море комфортно поплавать. Пляж понравился. Еда вполне вкусная и разнообразная. Номер комфортный, но пыльные шторы.
Три раза говорили, так и не постирали: Вот из-за штор запах пыли немного ощущался. Кто-то из персонала очень вежливый, кто-то не очень. Сами условия для отдыха комфортные. Я не нашел к чему придраться. Читал много отзывов негативных, но складывается впечатление что если люди сами ведут себя как быдло, то и отношение к ним такое же в ответ. Мы вегетарианцы и не едим мяса, но морепродукты, рыба и овощи с зеленью было более чем достаточно… Ребенку моему понравилось все, а ему 9 лет… Интернет плохой везде в Египте.
Это просто нет хорошего нигде чтоб смотреть фильмы и играть в игры!!! Отдыхайте на море и солнце и будет вам счастье.. Все отлично. И море и питание и персонал и отношение. Отлично убирались в номерах, благодарность Мохамеду. По завершению отдыха, решили продлить, нам пошли па встречу, Айгерим нам помогла сделать это максимально комфортно.
Отдельная благодарность обслуживающему персоналу, меняли полотенца на пляже, носили напитки и закуски. Всех имен не помню. И да, мне ни разу никто не попросил оставить хороший отзыв на буккингк. Это хочется сделать самому!!! Был с друзьями в этом отеле, мы тут не в первый раз, нам очень нравится анимация в этом отеле особенно Арияна сделала наш отпуск незабываемым. Понравилось всё. Абсолютно все!!!!!! Спасибо огромное отличный отель. Еда и персонал. Хотелось бы больше разнообразия еды, но в целом было вкусно.
Морепродукты были только в блюдах ресторана ля-карт. Территория за отелем, некуда податься. Потрясающий номер, очень понравился интерьер! Хороший бассейн с комфортной по температуре водой. Вкусные коктейли! Наличие вечерней анимации. Большая территория отеля, есть где погулять. Близко до аэропорта. Самый лучший отель для отдыха! Нам понравилось всё без исключения! Начиная от расположения, наикрасивейшей территории , отличного номера, чистоты везде и самого добродушного и приветливого персонала!
Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная, много рыбы, мяса, курицы , и вообще много всего, глаза разбегались, хотелось попробовать всё! Очень много ресторанов, каждый в своей тематике, тоже всё было вкусно, не успели сходить даже во все. Сходили в сауну и парную, это было бесплатно, нужно было просто заранее записаться, также и на большой теннис, ходили каждый день, тренер Халид научил играть!
Море было просто волшебным, столько рыб у берега , а с пирса это вообще что-то нереальное!
